Student at Hot Spring County
Daniel is an ESL student in the prison system who has worked with an inmate tutor for several years. He has undergone learning differences screening, including Irlen and PowerPath Way to Adult Learning. Both of these methods seemed to help both student and tutor find ways he was able to learn best.
He has developed very quickly from speaking little English to speaking well with little accent. He is diligently working toward his English GED. He hopes to enroll in GED classes offered at prison, conquer his GED, and continue with higher education. We are all proud of his success story.
We will be very proud the day he is released into the free world and can make a difference as a literate and productive member of society. –Jane Goodwin
